Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible for VT licensure)
Experience: Not open to new grads with less than 1 year experience; preferred candidates with experience in urology
Travel & Reimbursements: Travel and licensure reimbursements available as applicable Pay & Benefits
Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

Diagnose and manage a wide variety of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections
Perform surgical procedures utilizing modern operating rooms, with preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up
Provide hospital and emergency room consultations, collaborating effectively with the care team
Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner at a single-site practice
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
Maintain accurate medical documentation following hospital policies and state regulations
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development What You Need
Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
Minimum 1-year experience in urology preferred; not open to new grads without experience
Ability to perform surgical procedures and outpatient management of urologic conditions
